Great company to work with and good quality product. Irene from the design side came out and really knew her stuff, gave me great advice and helped me pick colours and designs that really suited our house. The guys who measured and installed were also great, you could tell they knew the product ins and outs and what would work best from the install and fit side of things. The installers even removed all the boxes the blinds arrived in, which doesn’t happen nowadays! The only small gripe I have is that the installers left sawdust from drill holes everywhere. Would have been nice if they had cleaned up after themselves. Other than that small negative, very happy with the products and the service.

Leon the sales person was very helpful and professional talking me through the selection of fabrics and giving me choice of colours for the hardware. He also recommended a slimline double blind bracket that was perfect for my window so I could fit both a blockout and privacy blind in my windows.
The office staff were also professional and Leon organised for me to drop into their showroom in Moorabbin to make sure I was happy with my colours and could see samples of what I was getting.
The Blinds Place were also the cheapest out of 6 quotes I had.
The production of my blinds were 2-3 weeks as stated by Leon and the installation guy was on time and did a fantastic job.
I am extremely pleased with the result.

What an Outstanding Company!!! Late last year we desperately required improving the appearance of our front rooms by making our existing drapes obsolete, my wife insisted that we acquire at least 3 quotations, well the search began, the first company we called failed to make contact, the second blind company came along and this guy was more your typical salesman, he carried out the measurements and indicated if we signed the contract there and then we would qualify for a further 5% discount, I indicated I would notify him once I receive another quote and left it at that. For weeks on end I was harassed as to when they could do the job.
We finally called The Blind Place, the salesman Leon was punctual, articulate and totally honest, Leon was by far more knowledgeable , there was a sense of relief knowing we were dealing with a Professional Company. Measurements were carried out, Leon gave us an approximate installation date, highly skilled installers pitched up , did the installation and we cannot stop admiring the shutters. Totally Satisfied and we are ready to place another order.

I Rang The Blind place to ask about having a Canvas outside blind replaced as as I had spoken to other company's that would not do replacements of canvas.They were extremely happy to talk to me and suggested that one of their reps call and inspect the condition of the outside awning..
Within three days Leon arrived. He was excellent very professional ,obliging and told me it could be done .
His quote was acceptable,the range of goods was acceptable, the measure and quote was done on the spot and I was told the New Canvas would be made and fitted in two weeks, and it was.
Corey rang to arrange a time to come and fit it.
The whole process was as quoted, I was amazed.
I Have recommend the company to several of my relatives that require this type of service.
My only complaint is they take to long to Process a cheque .As I payed the balance by cheque and I am still waiting for it to be cleared.

We bought both day and night blinds for a few rooms in our unit. The people at The Blinds Place were very honest and helpful and the shop was very well laid out so that everything was right there on display. After a check measure, the blinds were ordered (to size) and then installed promptly. After installation it turned out that we needed one of the strings for the blinds to be adjusted in length because the window was behind a wide kitchen bench and it was a bit hard to reach the string. They came out and did that for us promptly and at no extra charge. We are quite happy with the service overall.

I had my blinds (blockout and sun-shade) professionally installed today by Stefan and Audie of The Blinds Place. Both were professional, friendly and courteous. This was preceded by an initial consult with Leon A. who provided knowledgeable advice, great customer service and interacted with us in a positive and trustworthy manner. Leon made you feel that no questions were silly questions and he could explain the reasoning behind each and every one of his recommendations. When compared to other quotes from competitors, it was Leon’s customer service and attention to ensuring that my concerns and questions were fully answered, as well as a 5 year warranty, that sealed the deal. They are competitively priced - not necessarily the cheapest, but the adage “You get what you pay for” generally applies, so going cheapest is not always the best option. The care that Leon took and the advice that he offered was worth paying the little extra. I recommend this business without reservation to others who are considering getting blinds done.

I could not believe that in AU anything which involved tradies doing some home improvements could go so smooth. But this is company made me have hopes that pro still exists. I originally ordered a blind for my sister and it was excellent quality and value. I decided to order one for myself and the quality was great for the price once again. The only let down was the courier chosen by The Blinds Place. I was working from home and noticed the tracking status of my order indicated that no one was home so item not delivered. I called the delivery company straight away and the women who answered was pretty blunt and I felt like I was just a bother calling. She contacted the delivery driver and he came back. The delivery driver stated that he could not find a park earlier. The courier was TFM Logistic (TFMXpress). So all up, the product was great but the delivery service is not the best.
